The Calumet County Bank is a member of the Wisconsin Bankers Association TEAM Network (Technical Economic Assistance Mechanism). TEAM was developed to help member banks in the state respond effectively to business applicants. The goal of the TEAM Network is to identify government financing resources which can be utilized in combination with traditional bank financing. An initial analysis will determine what the business development needs are and if a referral for technical assistance is needed. Entrepreneurs are then linked with lenders who are prequalified to have interest in financing in a particular market.
